Like many forms of coaching, relationship coaching involves setting goals, changing habits, learning new information and consistent sessions to achieve progress over time. I also provide coaching for those who are rebuilding trust after infidelity. LGBTQA+, Poly, and kink friendly. Sex-positive.

About Me

My nature is curious, a little wild at heart, open-minded, and naturally non-judgmental. I grew up in the wilds of Cajun country and New Orleans, Louisiana, in a large family, eating crawfish etouffee and spicy blue crabs. I’ve been in Asheville since 2001 and enjoy hiking, watercolor, and power-lifting.

I have a Master’s in Education (School Counseling) and a Bachelor's in cultural anthropology. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA) and have completed the Gottman Level One training for working with couples. I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP). I practice Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I maintain a client-centered approach because you know you.

About my interests and specialties

Relief from Purity Culture: Many individuals struggle with the lingering effects of purity culture and religious trauma, which can lead to feelings of shame, guilt, and confusion about sexuality. I help clients unlearn these harmful narratives and develop a healthy, affirming relationship with their sexuality.

Developmental Lifespan of Sex Lives: Sexuality evolves over a lifetime. I support clients through various stages of sexual development, from adolescence to older adulthood, helping them understand and embrace their changing sexual needs and desires.

Sex and Disability: Everyone deserves a fulfilling sex life, regardless of physical abilities. I work with individuals and couples to address the unique challenges and opportunities presented by disabilities, fostering a positive and empowering sexual identity.

Aging: I provide guidance and support to help clients navigate aging, sex, and menopause, addressing concerns such as changed libido, vaginal dryness, erectile dysfunction, and other related issues.

Kink-Informed Therapy: I am knowledgeable and affirming of diverse sexual practices, including kink and BDSM. I provide a non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore their kinks, understand their desires, and communicate effectively with their partners.

Poly-Informed Therapy: I support folks in polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships. My approach helps clients navigate the complexities of poly relationships, including jealousy, communication, and boundary-setting, ensuring that all relationships are healthy and consensual.

LGBTQ Affirming: My practice includes and affirms all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental and supportive space where LGBTQ individuals and couples can explore their sexuality, address specific concerns, and celebrate their identities.

Anxiety and Depression: Whether you're dealing with persistent anxiety, depression, or both, I am here to help you on your path to healing and growth. Together, we can work towards a brighter and more fulfilling future.Get guidance and support as you navigate your career path and make important decisions.
